The Application Support Desk is a central point of service for software-related assistance and equipment loan for faculty, staff, and students of Buffalo State College.
Services
- Support for software on library lab computers
- Support for all printing, copying, and scanning equipment in the library
- Equipment Loan & two-hour laptops
- Assistance with student information systems (e.g., Banner, Degree Navigator, ANGEL).
- Assistance with campus network services (e.g., wireless access, personal share drives, Web shares).
